Kongai - Free Online Trading Card Game
Kongia is pretty much the best free online card game that I have ever played. First thing to mention is that the sign up account and all the cards are 100% free with no stupid ads in your face. I believe there is a a total of 46 cards to collect. You start with three cards and you can earn more by playing other games on Kongragate or by beating opponents by playing Kongai.
The game play is simple and the game is designed to have a rock, paper, scissors balance to it. Each players takes turns with one active card on the screen. You can choose to swap the active card with a one in your hard or you can use a magic effect/attacks. Most moves cost mana which is restored a little bit each turn and each card has hit points. If you card is low on hit points you will probably want to swap it out. Players will have the ability to counter your swap out if they suspect that is what you are going to do. So the game keeps you thinking and trying to fake out your opponents.
