Roku Netflix Player

This is a pretty cool device I came across on the net it’s called Roku Netflix Player. Basically it is an online streaming media player that connects from your internet to your TV. For a one time fee of $99.99 bucks you get a huge selection of movies and TV. Essentially it’s a cost effective alternative for home cable TV. This device housesĀ  RCA jacks, S-video, component video, HDMI, and optical audio so it should work on any TV.

The setup seems simple enough, once it is connected from your computer to TV you can select movies and programs for your “instant queue” Then you can browse the queue on your T.V.

The only thing that I am worried about is that I did not see a full list of movies and programs on their site so you might have to check with them to make sure they will have what you want in programming. It still sounds like a good way to save money and get more value to the dollar so this might be going on my wish-lists.
